7. Returns and refunds. See our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual property. Artwork, branding, and site content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce designs for commercial use. Buying a print does not transfer copyright.

9. Acceptable use. You must not misuse the site, including scraping, attacks, fraudulent orders, or intellectual-property infringement.

10. Liability. We supply goods for domestic and private use. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
