Shipping policy

Shipping policy — Simple Studio. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

Where we ship. At launch we prioritise United Kingdom delivery. Other destinations may be enabled later.

How fulfilment works. Orders are produced by our print partner Prodigi after checkout, then shipped to your address. Packaging is white-label.

Production times (typical). Fine art prints: often 24–72 hours. Stretched canvas: often 48–120 hours. These are guidelines; peak periods may take longer.

Transit. After dispatch, UK delivery is typically several working days depending on the service chosen. Tracking depends on the shipping method.

Failed delivery or wrong address. Please include flat numbers and a complete address. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address you supply. We will help escalate with the carrier where we can.

Duties and taxes. UK orders are priced as shown at checkout. If we ship internationally, import duties are the customer’s responsibility unless we say otherwise.
